1. Usage Agreement

By installing or using the app, you expressly agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms

2. Intellectual Property Protection

Marketing Media retains all intellectual property rights over the app, including but not limited to source code, design, logos, graphics, and documentation.

Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.

3. Data Privacy

Marketing Media may collect limited user data (e.g., email, BigCommerce user ID) to ensure functionality. Payment transactions are securely processed by Stripe. Sensitive payment data is never stored by Marketing Media.

4. Termination

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time; access remains until the billing cycle ends.

Marketing Media may suspend or terminate accounts immediately in case of violations.

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

5. Pricing Model & Refund Policy 

Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe. 

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable if active for more than one month.

6. Compliance with Laws 

Users must comply with all applicable laws. Marketing Media is not responsible for unlawful use of the app. 

 7. Liability and User Responsibilities

 The Service is provided strictly “as is” and “as available”.

Users engage with the app at their own risk.

Marketing Media assumes no liability for any damages, even if caused by its own negligence.

8. Force Majeure 

 Marketing Media shall not be liable for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., cyberattacks, hosting outages, natural disasters).

9. Support and Maintenance 

 We provide regular updates and technical support but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Waiver of Legal Claims

By using the app, you waive any right to bring claims or lawsuits against Marketing Media.

Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction is to uninstall the app and stop using it.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, and disputes will be resolved exclusively in Quebec courts.
